New Business Manager

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively acquiring new business customers in the area of e-commerce (online stores, manufacturers).
  • Selling solutions and tailoring the product offering to the specific needs and requirements of customers, taking into account a deep understanding of the features and benefits of the solutions offered.
  • Independent management of the sales process, including organizing meetings, preparing and presenting offers, and coordinating contracts.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets and developing cooperation with key customers.
  • Cooperating with product teams to fully understand the technical specifications and benefits of the solutions being implemented.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business customer service (B2B), preferably in the e-commerce or IT industry.
  • Practical knowledge of IT solutions and the specifics of the e-commerce market.
  • Excellent work organization, project and priority management skills.
  • Fluent communication in English and/or German.
  • Ability to listen, analyze customer needs, and present solutions in a convincing manner.

Senior Marketing Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Active participation in the development and implementation of marketing strategies;
  • Creating concepts and content aimed at B2B customers (business topics, digitalshelf, dynamic pricing) – including case studies, newsletters, social media posts, websites;
  • Developing B2B marketing in the company, generating ideas and implementing lead generation and image campaigns;
  • Active participation in expanding partnerships with third parties;
  • Managing social media profiles;
  • Independently running advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and/or coordinating performance agencies in the implementation of these campaigns (FB Business, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads);
  • Organizing and promoting webinars and other events;
  • Coordinating cooperation with graphic designers and external agencies;
  • Analyzing the results of activities and reporting on them.

Java Developer

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • building and developing systems, with direct influence on technological solutions and architecture,
  • creating solutions for customers based on design and architectural patterns (DevOps, DDD, BDD, TDD),
  • working on projects with the following technology stack: Java (Spring, guice), Postgresql, dev tools protocol, marionette, sqlite, Apache Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in creating Java-based systems (JEE, Spring) and good knowledge of the technology stack: Java 8+, Maven, Unix, Linux, Github, Bitbucket,
  • experience in designing REST API interfaces and implementing RESTful services, as well as in designing databases using SQL, Oracle/SQL Server, Redis, etc.,
  • skills in automating implementation and testing using: CI tools, Kubernetes;
    fluent English,
  • good knowledge of the http protocol,
  • good knowledge of concurrency and process optimization,
  • good knowledge of the tcp/udp protocol.

  • Verification of data collected during website scraping
  • Testing application backends, identifying and reporting issues
  • Creating automated tests and automating data validation processes
  • Working with large volumes of data using SQL
  • Implementing procedures and quality standards
  • Close cooperation with the development team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in SQL
